"The hotel is worse than a motel. There is no staff on site after 7pm, you have to call a number to get you to the office to talk to someone on a Kiosk to check in. There is a lady on site to give you the key but extremely rude and unprofessional. The room was cheaply renovated and has strong toxic chemical smells that suffocate you, makes us nauseous, open the door and window does not help. If you have problems, you have to call a number that the people on the phone that just either ignore you or forget about it. You waited long time for the help but the help never come. Finally, you have to call again and be directed to the Kiosk again . The lady on site finally showed up to change to another room for us, but with the same chemical smells. We told the that we can not stay in the room and need to cancel and refund the reservation, the lady says “fine”. Late 11:00pm, we finally found another hotel to stay. Almost one week passed, we have not received refund, terrible. "
