As you approach the home, you'll be greeted by a lush and picturesque front yard that has been meticulously landscaped. Upon entering, you can instantly feel at ease and on vacation. On your right is the living room, complete with a cozy fireplace, Samsung Frame TV, and ample comfortable seating options for you to kick your feet up and relax. On your left is a room entirely dedicated to the timeless pleasures of gaming and creating memories. The game room blends the sophistication of poker with the retro charm of 1980s arcade games, and offers plenty of space to enjoy a friendly match or two with friends and family.
Beyond the game room lies the gourmet kitchen, complete with granite and stainless steel countertops. Spacious and fully equipped, the family chef will delight in crafting delicious meals to be shared around the dining table or enjoyed al fresco. There is an interior dining room that comfortably fits 10, with 3 additional bar stools at the passthrough window into the kitchen. Upstairs in the residence are four generously sized bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The primary suite is a private oasis, complete with a King bed, walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom featuring a spa-like soaking tub and separate shower. There is also a desk in the primary alcove, and private patio with a bistro table overlooking the backyard. A secondary bedroom features a Cal King bed and desk, and both the third and fourth bedrooms offer Queen sized beds. The fifth bedroom features 2 bunk beds and a trundle, resulting in 5 twin beds for kids or extra guests to enjoy. The hall bath that services the other 4 bedrooms features dual vanities and a shower.
Outside, you will find yourself in your own private paradise. An award-winning landscape design offers a sense of serenity and privacy, making it an ideal space for relaxation and outdoor entertaining. Please carefully review specific house details and policies before booking:
● Maximum of 10 people (6 adults, 4 kids)
● POOL HEATING FEE: An additional $900.00 fee is required if you would like the pool heated. There is no fee requirement for heating the spa.
● Please keep the sliding doors between the dining table and pool closed when the pool cover is in use or the pool cover is open
● Please be respectful of neighbors/noise after 9pm. After 10pm hard quiet.
● Do not use/adjust irrigation/lighting controllers in garage
● Owner's closet to remain locked
● Fees for replacing: Pool cover key, Garage door opener, house iPad
● House iPad to remain at house
● Shower when coming back from beach before using pool (outdoor shower on side of house for sand, use baby oil to remove tar before coming into house/backyard)
● Do not leave fire pit on unattended
● Cover pool when not in use (keeps desired temperature)
● During rain if water pools on top of cover please use pool cover pump to prevent water accumulation (Pump and hose in garage on shelf - attach hose, place pump on cover, run hose over side of deck to slope, plug in near cover switch)
● No glass or breakable dishes outside. The house is fully stocked with plastic glasses and dishes. Extra fee for broken glass found in the pool.
