The home was mostly accurately described, in a wonderful Montecito location, and the property management company was professional, responsive, and provided clear communication throughout our stay.Unfortunately, there was a significant ant problem. We arrived to find ants throughout the kitchen, cleaned them up, and woke up to even more the next morning—even though we hadn't cooked or left food out. We ended up storing all food in the refrigerator, yet ants later appeared in the hallway and near the front door as well. We contacted management, who promptly offered to send someone to spray, but we declined because it would have disrupted our weekend and we didn't want to deal with the smell.What was disappointing was that, despite the inconvenience-ANTS EVERYWHERE- no accommodation or goodwill gesture was offered. We even asked for a noon checkout instead of 10:00 a.m. (no guests were arriving that day or the next), but our request was denied.
