Spectacular contemporary home with panoramic ocean, island, mountain and city views. Set on a beautifully landscaped and very private two acres, the house is accessed via a 500 foot driveway, through an electric gate, past the tennis court, lemon, orange, peach, plum and avocado trees, and up to the large motor court and three car garage. Fully furnished. Three heat pumps provide heating and cooling. Well-equipped kitchen with Bosch ovens and dishwasher, Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer drawers, Wolf gas stovetop, built-in microwave and many small appliances. Gas barbecue, additional burners, sink and refrigerator on balcony. Whole house water filter. High speed WiFi throughout house. 30 DAYS MINIMUM RENTAL.
