Family Friendly with AC and only 5 minutes to the beach!

Spend the summer in Montecito and stay cool with 5 zone AC. Three Bedrooms and 2 freshly renovated bathrooms. Primary with new Ensuite. Both baths have in- floor heat. The CALIFORNA mid century vibe remains in tact. The private fenced yard is perfect for children and approved pets.

This home is close to Montecito’s Quaint Upper Village, The Miramar as well as Hammonds & Butterfly Beach. Enjoy Breakfast at Montecito Coffee shop, and dine at Lucky’s. A list of other fabulous recommendations available.

Family friendly parks abound. This location is minutes from Romero and Toro canyon hiking.

Mature & Manicured landscaping, ample off street parking.

Perfect for a family who wants to make summer memories.

There is a studio on property, occupied by a very, quiet & private local teacher. This space offers peace and tranquillity and is not suitable for parties or late night.

A refundable $1000 pet deposit will be taken for approved dogs. Sorry, no kitties. Our family has tried everything to have indoor cats join us. It is not possible with our particular allergies.

Additional cleaning arrangements can be made during your stay. Just ask.
