Enjoy the comfort of these two centrally located homes on Santa Barbara’s bustling eastside - all on one property. These two, 2-bd, 1-bth homes are the perfect setting to enjoy Santa Barbara's beaches, live music, vibrant downtown, and wine country.

A short 15-minute walk to the beach or numerous incredible eateries on the eastside or Funk Zone, CasAlisos is a sweet 1920’s charming English Cottage and a 1930’s smaller home just across the deck both of which are nestled in the heart of the eastside a block from Trader Joe’s and Sprouts. The units do not share a wall, are separated by a 20 foot wooden deck, have private entrances and shared outdoor living spaces.

With special places to dine indoors and outdoors, our shared deck is an ideal place to experience Santa Barbara living with outdoor meals. Duck into a hot tub (behind rear unit) after a long day exploring the beach, the ocean or the Funk Zone a walk or bike away. Play ping pong, throw a game of bags, sit in the observatory to watch the neighborhood go by or sit on the comfy outdoor couches roasting your toes on the gas fireplace.

This is our family home - both kitchens are fully stocked, plenty of board games, lush indoor plants, meaningful art and more. These old homes have been recently repainted on the inside, feature classic built in cabinets, the front home has a flatscreen on the wall, a living wall and both homes feature beautiful hard wood floors.

Our two kayaks, surfboards and four bikes can be borrowed.

Walk to East Beach (14 min), eateries (2 min), Sprouts or Trader Joes (2 min), Santa Barbara Bowl (20 min), downtown (30 min). Bike anywhere. Tennis and pickleball 5 min drive away (public courts).
