"This property it’s the ultimate encounter between you and nature ! The view was exceptional food was great. The place is awesome the staff was wonderful ! Again this is away from the town and transportation was limited . So if you looking for night life this is not the place for you to stay.. I will say some areas do need maintenance like the spa and jacuzzi areas."

The service was impeccable. All staff were trained to know our names and after one meal became familiar with our preferences. The monkey island tour was great and the car service always on time. The spa was average but easily overlooked because of the incredible experience."

"The airport shuttle was quick, convenient, and made our arrival and departure stress-free. Since I had early morning activities planned, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a to-go breakfast for me, which was both convenient and greatly appreciated. The front desk staff was amazing and went above and beyond to help us sign up for the Tikal tour. Their assistance made the process easy and seamless. Although I didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool, it looked beautiful and very inviting. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again."
