「The apartment is located a couple of blocks from downtown Long Beach. Typical traffic/noise you would get from any large older building. The unit itself is clean and has everything you need. The convention center was very close. The private parking space was a huge bonus.」

「Our stay were was fine. The king beds were comfy, the unit was comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The extra twins beds are not a full twin length and anyone taller than 64 inches wouldn't want to sleep on it. We didn't love the part of town it was in but never felt unsafe. 「Place is very vintage and beautiful. Had a nice window to show the street of Longbeach. Since it is a very old house, they included portable a/c which can be noisy but works great. Floors are creaky. Great spot to be close to places but street parking is competitive, especially on cleaning days. Make sure to look for street signs for them because I didn't see any and got a ticket. Communication with host was great the night before our arrival since we asked to check in early but not the best the...

「2日の滞在でしたが寒かったので毛布のリクエストをしましたが、ホテル形式の宿で無いため、メールでリクエストしなくてはならず、すぐに持ってきて貰えず寒い夜をすごしました。台所用品も揃っていますが、あまり清潔感が無く、ベッドも埃っぽく備え付けのテーブルも汚なかったです。クローゼットも無く使い勝手が悪いです。電話も目覚まし時計も備え付けではありません。 1階のタイ料理レストランは、清潔感もあり美味しかったです。通りを挟み小さなスーパーもあり、便利でした。近くにはレストランが沢山あるので便利です。」
