On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only) and a satellite TV with a flat screen. There is also a room with two beds, a sofabed, and another satellite TV. This room provides direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. The kitchenette is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there are two showers, bidets, and toilets on this level.
