Really lovely and friendly staff, and a great pool area. A fantastic location - you can walk to central Sorrento, although the Sant Agnello station is very close to this hotel which is good if you have heavy luggage. It was great that breakfast is included. The standard double room has a very small shower, and awkard mirror placement, though, so that was really the only downside. Otherwise, well priced for Sorrento during the summer period- ideal location if you want to see the Amalfi coast and get around easily without a car.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, helping with advice on local amenities and getting around. We had a quadruple room that was clean and provided a balcony over looking the front of the hotel. The swimming pool was clean and maintained daily and was comfortable and extremely relaxing, especially in the afternoon heat. The breakfast was generous and ample. and the staff, really helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Very pleasant stay. The staff were excellent and accommodating, thank you Luigi! Room was cleaned daily to a great standard. Hotel is an easy 15/20min walk fro Sorrento town centre or 2mins away from station. Will stay here again.

We loved our stay at Hotel Club. The location was great. It was an easy 20 min walk into Sorrento but even better it was in the heart of Sant Agnello which is just as beautiful as sorrento but much quieter. There are top restaurants within minutes walk and a beach club down the road. The pool was beautiful and a great amenity! Our room was very clean. Luigi at the front desk was friendly and very helpful as were all the staff. Highly recommend this hotel!

Hyvällä paikalla, lähellä juna-asemaa. Edullisia ravintoloita vieressä. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamiainen riittävän monipuolinen ja sillä pärjäsi pitkälle päivään.

The Hotel Club in Sorrento was great, run by Luigi and his family, they will do everything to help you enjoy your holiday. The premises were spotless, the staff helpful in every way from travel advice, maps, things to do etc,. The breakfast was plentiful and served with a smile. The rooftop was the best, not only to sunbathe but the views over the Bay of Naples and Mt Vesuvios, beautiful, and the option to enjoy a hot tub with prossecco, excellent. Mum and Daughter from Scotland.

Aamiaisen valikoima on heikohko, mutta ylläpitävä vanha italialais herra on järjettömän mukava ja auttavainen. Huone oli pienehkö, mutta vastasi sitä mitä maksettiinkin. Hotelli on erinomaisella paikalla. Alamäkeä pitkin pääsee suoraan rannalle ja päätietä pitkin kävellen 25 min keskustaan. Bussit menevät hotellin lähettyviltä, mutta eivät aina aikataulussa. Suosittelen muille loistavaksi budjetti paikaksi tätä hotellia!

Never get fooled by photos they provided, so so so small room, shower is 2x2 ft, breakfast start 7 finish 9, not 11 like other 4 start hotels. There should be only 2 stars for this hotel, I am not picky but this one was horrible

This hotel is ideally located - Sant'Agnello is only a 20-30 minute walk from the middle of Sorrento, 5 mins from the train station which will get you to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Naples. There's a bus at the end of the road which will get you to Positano and Amalfi. It's a lot quieter than all those places and has some really great and reasonably-priced places to eat - particularly the Trattoria just a few doors down (book or go early to get into that one!). The manager at the hotel was so helpful, a friendly face and full of information.

The room was really clean and the staff was extremely nice. However, there’s a few areas for improvement with the room. The shower is extremely small. I understand showers in Italy are typically smaller, but I literally couldn’t reach down to grab the shampoo without smacking my head on the door.

I am so mortified at my room . There was rust everywhere. The electrical socket was half out of the wall, the toilet seat was uneven. I did not get replaced toilet paper. I had to leave early due to some different plans and he would not refund some of my money and I gave him cash paid in full. I am going to try and get my money back, I will send you pictures as to the horrible state that my room was in. It was nothing as stated on the Internet. I will never stay here again. The breakfast was horrible. The guy who served me was very rude. they do not let you pay for your dinner and they bill your room and I was mortified at the price that I paid for the dinner that I got that was not very appealing

Box do banheiro vazava água . Café da manhã foi satisfatório . Pelo custo dos hotéis em Sorrento o preço da diária foi adequado ao período de verão .

Great location, minutes from the train station. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room could have used a dresser or chest with drawers for clothing. I would like to suggest that the hotel offer laundry service for customers. We had to find a laundromat on our own and spend time doing it. It would have been convenient to drop off the laundry at the front desk and have it done for us, at our cost.
