We stayed at this amazing villa in june with several family members including two children aged 3 and 7. The property had everything we needed, and was close enough to amenities, although we hired a car to make it easier. There were a few problems during our stay, but they were resolved without delay, was impressed they fixed the pool light in time for my birthday. Would definitely book through Menorcaselect again, thankyou for a great holiday.

Family holiday

Few inaccuracies in property: Was looking forward to table tennis, table unusable, no key for safe and felt everything was a little further than described.Would say car was needed:Also one bathroom for 8 people not ideal as other bathroom was en-suite (also en-suite needed updating and no plug for bath with two infants).Having said that the property served us well and we had a great holiday.

Beautiful Location

We had a fantastic stay at this Vrbo in Menorca as a family of seven. The location was quiet and beautiful, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, and served as a great base to explore nearby beaches and towns. A car is definitely recommended to make the most of the area.

A little bit tired.

The location was lovely but you do need a car. Sadly the property felt rather tired, with tiles missing in the pool, blackout curtain missing, shower head broken, pool umbrella broken and hedge obviously hadn’t been cut for ages. But the lovely agent Pero did what he could to sort out problems. Replacing shower head, cutting hedge and replacing umbrella. It was a perfect house for a family of 6, just a bit disappointing to find it a bit unloved. Otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Fabulous Villa

Situated in a peaceful location. Villa was so clean & looks exactly like it does in the photos online. Amazing views, stunning sunrises/sunsets. Everything was catered for & we all have a very lovely time

Buena ubicación

La casa está bien, la ubicación también y las vistas fantásticas. Por contra, no sé si por el Covid, pero en otras casas en las hemos estado nos dejaban un kit de limpieza y aceite, sal, esas cosas. Aquí no había nada, tenéis que comprar todo. Por lo demás, excepto la limpieza que iban saturados y no vinieron cuando quedamos, bien.

Lovely villa in a quiet residential area, unfortunately no one mentioned the building work.

This is a lovely four bedroom villa on a quiet residential estate. The house is very clean and tidy Great facilities including lovely pool, table tennis table and barbecue. Unfortunately no one had mentioned in the listing that there was building work going on two doors away Every morning at 7.30am we would be woken to the sounds of heavy cranes, cement mixers and sanitation vehicles arriving . Alongside this men were also shouting from early in the morning. We reported, along with our neighbours, on the first morning and a representative arrived from Menorca Select and told us that they knew this was going on. The representative asked them to stop but they continued on regardless. Two days later I contacted Menorca Select to complain agian and I did not hear anything back. Please be aware this is a nice villa but there is building work going on two doors away. When we selected this villa, at no point were we informed about the building work, and were disappointed by the lack of information and help .

Lovely stay in Menorca

What a great villa for a family. There were 7 adults and 1 child in our group and the villa was perfect. Location is a little walk from the supermarket and beach but only around 15 minutes if you don’t mind a walk. If not a car is advised. Punta Prima beach was a 10 min taxi ride and cost about 7 euros. If you are happy to just relax at the villa then the location is perfect. Beautiful views and the pool is a welcome cool down in the heat. Would highly recommend Redorka as they were always on hand to help if we needed. 😊

The villa is very nice, I was disappointed that only two of the four bedrooms had air conditioning!!

Air con not in all bedrooms was a huge problem, fans are supplied but were useless in such heat, two adults a 3 year old and a baby in a bedroom - did not work well. The villa also says it is a 8 minute walk to bars, supermarket etc, it was actually a good 20 minute up hill down dale, which was not good. We had to go hire a car to make life easier. Fantastic car hire in Punta Prima. We also had to take our suitcases to redorkas offices in Cala Torret which you could not do without a car. Redorka staff were really good, we did have to have the maintenance man there almost every day which was not ideal. My expectation was for the villa to be perfect (to reflect the price we paid for the villa) I didn’t feel we had good value for money

A clean and well appointed villa in a lovely location.

This is an amazing property in a lovely location, walkable to amenities but it is in the suburbs so perfectly peaceful too! We had children and we were provided with any equipment we needed. The area is amazing, with restaurants, bars and shops nearby. We are already planning a return trip!
