Discover Rustic Charm and Ibiza's Essence

Beautiful rustic-style country house located very close to San Agustín, one of the most charming and best-preserved towns in Ibiza.Its location is unbeatable, just one kilometer from San Agustín and three kilometers from San José, where we will find all the services we may need during the holidays. The west beaches, Cala Bassa, Cala Conta and Cala Tarida are just a few minutes away by car.The house has an area of 120m2, it has three bedrooms and two complete bathrooms, one of them en suite. The common areas are very spacious, in the living room there are two large sofas, one of them convertible into a bed.The wooden ceilings and ceramic floors give a very cozy rustic appearance.The kitchen is large, comfortable and fully equipped.Outside, the views of the countryside, the mountains and the sea are a true wonder.The house has two porches, one on the south facade and the other on the north facade facing the terrace and the pool, with a table that seats eight people.It is necessary to highlight the magnificent infinity pool, a real luxury. Located on the north face of the house, it has beautiful views of the countryside and the sea. Around the pool there is a large terrace with stone floors, hammocks, umbrellas and a great carob tree that provides a pleasant shade where to relax.The house has a barbecue, air conditioning throughout the house, WIFI and a private parking space.It is a great option to spend a quiet and relaxed holiday, in a rural environment and in contact with the natural beauty of the Ibizan countryside. With an excellent location very close to the beautiful beaches of the west coast; Cala Bassa, Cala Conta and Cala Tarida.Ideal for both to come with family and friends.

Prettig huis en schoon huis, alles op 20 min rijden.

Het is een prettig en schoon huis met goede bedden. Je zit mooi met prachtig uitzicht en heel veel stilte. Je zit vlakbij de leukste strandjes en ook Ibiza stad is maar 25 min rijden. Laatste stukje van de weg naar het huis is onverhard en lastig te berijden. De beste plek is buiten bij bij het zwembad. Paar kleine aandachtspunten: huis is hier en daar wat gedateerd of charmant, hoe je het bekijkt. De woning heeft een paar lage deurposten, langere mensen (+1.75) moeten hier echt rekening mee houden. Overal 4 sterren met name vanwege de prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Het is relatief veel geld voor wat je krijgt, dan verwacht je misschien net meer de puntjes op de i. Maar ja het is Ibiza en dus duur.
