ビーチ沿いのホテル
部屋からの景色は最高。 ウェイターの態度が悪い。 チェックアウト時にオーダーもしていないフードチャージをつけられた。イタリア語がわからない人だとそのまま支払いさせられそうだった。

good location and reasonable price
good location:safe area,gives sprended view of Med.easy accses to nice beach,Casino,shopping and dining zone.Room is spacious,clean and confortable.Swiming pool is very good,everyone can enjoy Med.fressh see water.Breakfast is good too.In addition, Price is very reasonable.

Not so Grand anymore ? The hotel is very dated and needs a makeover. Some parts are very tatty and untidy. Shower is terrible with panels stuck to edge of bath. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were nice. Great location but traffic noise out front is so loud especially when coaches full of people turn up. We had 3 coaches full of people arrive at same time so the front of the hotel was mayhem ? We booked this hotel as the pictures of the pool looked stunning. On arrival we were told pool is closed (Opens June) We were not told this and were very disappointed. The hotel keep all the curtains closed at the front of building which makes it very gloomy looking ? We would not stay here again

Van buiten is het een prachtig hotel, van de binnenkant is het een kwestie van smaak. Het lijkt of de tijd heeft stil gestaan en dat mag ook wel van een pand met een historie als deze. Maar het pand ruikt wel erg rokerig en onze kamer dus ook. Ook de badkamer heeft nog een föhn uit de jaren 80 vermoedelijk en het scherm ging alle kanten op. Het enige wat wij jammer vinden was de geruchtigheid op de gang, als iemand aan het praten was leek het alsof zij naast je bed stonden te praten. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En de locatie was perfect. Het ligt aan de rand van de boulevard en aan de rand van het strand, je kan beide kanten op dus er is voor elk wat wils. Het zwembad was ondanks de temperaturen helaas nog niet open, maar het zag er wel goed en verzorgd uit. De ontbijtzaal leek wel op een balzaal uit een sprookje en het ontbijt was ook erg goed, ook hier voor elk wat wils en er werd zelfs verse cappuccino gebracht.

Un peccato: struttura d'epoca ma fatiscente. Poca manutenzione. Dispiace perché cosi riesce solo ad accapparrare clientela straniera. Saloni per la colazione bellissimi e anche lee cameere molto belle e grandi.ripeto: manca la manutenzione.

Hotel stile anni '60, pulito. In alcuni ambienti si avverte però un odore di stantio. La camera presenta arredi e infissi alquanto datati; la porta del bagno non si chiude a chiave. Buffet prima colazione ottimo. Personale disponibile e molto efficiente. Check in e check out sbrigati in pochissimi minuti. Il receptionist ci ha messo a disposizione il locale bagagli per le nostre biciclette.

Excellent seafront location
A lovely large old hotel overlooking sea in San Remo. It was obviously very grand in it's day. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the pool area. Room was a good size and lots of toiletries provided in bathroom. Pool was lovely, a good size and a with poolside bar. We found space easily but in peak season i imagine it would very busy as space around pool is limited in comparison to size of hotel. Excellent location for beach and to walk to town centre. Supermarket and shops vlise by. Plenty parking.

The hotel is of a grand style but is now just faded grandeur. The rooms are acceptable but a superior with a sea view - had the view but the room was squished in a corner. The air conditioning did not work even at maximum. The work area was a tiny desk with a battered chair. The bath has a shower fitted over it - no idea how it could be described as a rainfall shower. In addition the restaurant was closed and the pool was not open after 5pm (end of season is apparently 15 September). Then after just 1.5 hours by the pool they tried to charge us €14 for use of sun beds….they rapidly removes the charge as we had not been informed. I got the sense they did that a lot! Breakfast - passable but coffee was some of the worst I have tasted…. This is Italy …coffee from a vacuum flask really!!

Wouldn't recommend for the price.
Early check in was nice. On a busy street with lots of noise most all night long. Room had a partial sea view but not on water. Air con didn't work well, so very hot in room. Old Hotel. $7 Charge for each, and having to make a reservation for using a lounge at Pool not good! Internet did not work due to the location of our room. no coffee available until 7:30am. Left before breakfast served.

Hotel à l'italienne....
Chambre spacieuse et propre literie de bonne facture petit déjeuner simple mais correcte petit problème concernant la piscine de l'hôtel je précise, maitre nageurs antipathique, serviettes et chaises longues payantes du jamais vue ! ! Piscine dans un etat moyen au niveau propreté robot qui traine au fond etc etc Chaises en quantités limitées et réservées en casi permanence concernant le parking places limitées bref sincèrement déçu je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement prix prohibitif au regard des prestations offertes.

Gute Lage mit gratis Frühstück und Parkplätzen
Schönes altes Hotel mit Flair. Wir waren während einer Hitzewelle da und die alte Klimaanlage im Zimmer war völlig überfordert. Dafür wird ein schönes Frühstück angeboten und mit etwas Glück kann mann auch von den gratis Parkplätzen vor Ort profitieren.

Hôtel agréable, un peu vétuste, le mobilier, lit qui grince, la baignoire qui fuit lorsqu’on se douche. Manque peut-être quelques chaînes TV en français! Par contre le personnel est très agréable et serviable et parle bien le français
