Sundial B307, my 1-bedroom condo at the Sundial on Sanibel Island has direct Gulf of Mexico views. King bed and queen sofa bed. Newly remodeled and professionally decorated with all new furnishings and artwork Remodel in 2025 with all plank tile floors (no carpeting), removal of wall for open concept living/dining/kitchen area, granite countertops and new backspash. Rent owner direct and save over adjoining Sundial Resort rates & resort fees. Our condo has a direct beachview (only a few steps to the beach), large screened lanai with sliding glass doors that open to the full width of the condo to allow for sea breezes and sounds of the surf. The condo is equipped with full kitchen: (refrigerator, range, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, coffeemaker, coffee grinder, Keurig, electric juicer, blender, toaster, and much more than you usually find in rentals). Sundial B307 offers a completely separate bedroom (not folding doors), washer/dryer, crown molding, granite countertops and Hunter Douglas Veritiglides to allow for full view. This condo is a favorite for special occasions like honeymoon, anniversary, or birthday. Self check-in.

To make you feel at home, we have a washer/dryer in unit, ceiling fans as well as air conditioning, hair dryer in bath, 2 flat screen TV's, wooden high chair, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach wagon. This includes beach access, wireless internet and condo pool. Open to the public at adjoining Sundial Resort . . .tiki bar, restaurants, pizza & ice cream kitchen, convenience store, tennis & pickleball (fee), spa services. Resort daycation passes are available (fee).

Great view/ Great place to stay!

This condo is the perfect place to stay on Sanibel! The location is unbeatable, the parking is easy, and the space is wonderful. We enjoyed having beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon for the beach. It is a quick walk across the parking lot to the sand. Amenities are very convenient! Comfy bed and nice atmosphere overall!

Perfect little getaway

My daughter and I snuck away to our favorite place on Earth to celebrate her 17th birthday. Our stay was perfect! The condo has everything you need and more, beach chairs, umbrella and even a wagon to haul all your beach needs if you plan to venture off the property. The condo was beautiful, spacious, clean, and fully equipped. It’s a 10 out of 10 and we can’t wait to come back again. The view every morning while enjoying my coffee was also amazing. Highly recommend!

Lovely condo

We loved staying at this condo during our stay in Sanibel. It was close to everything and had a great beach view with a screened in lanai. Everything was very clean and we barely saw anyone else on the property during our stay. Thanks for playing a part in a very relaxing vacation for us!

This condo is everything it says and more. The location is ideal and the extras in the storage room for the beach were really great. The only issue we had was the mattress, needs to be replaced.

Fantastic view from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The condo is well appointed and the check in flawless. There was even a high chair and pack-n-play. Condo had beach chairs, beach towels, and just about anything you would need for vacation.

Great unit, great location, greatly furnished, wonderful owner! I've owned condos in Maui and stayed in many but this condo is the best! A-1 condition, washer/dryer included, new glass-enclosed shower, wine cooler...over the top!! Perfect location to enjoy all the amenities of Sanibel/Captiva islands. Our first visit to Sanibel. The condo was perfect. The view from the screened lanai was beautiful. It was perfect for coffee each morning. The grounds were beautiful and the condo environment was quiet and relaxing. The condo was had amazing provisions. She even provided hand sanitizer and masks if needed. The store room with bikes chairs and umbrellas was used daily and so appreciated! Everything provided at the condo was above and beyond. We will definitely book again!

Best vacation ever!

Our trip was the best. Candy was so helpful and patient with all my emails and questions. The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed and was the best location. Close to the beach and the weather was hot and sunny during the day. It did rain at night with some thunderstorms but it added to the experience. We sat on the balcony and watched the sky light up. It was beautiful. We tried to rebook it for a few months later but it was already booked. You need to move fast to get this gem. Candy made our trip to Sanibel easy and memorable. Thanks Candy, we will be back!

Great Condo/Great View

B307 is a perfect condo. It has a wonderful view of the Gulf and beach. This condo is clean and decorated beautifully it was so comfortable for the 3 of us. I slept on the sofa bed which was very comfortable. The beautiful lanai which stretches the entire length of the condo was a great place for me to enjoy my morning coffee. There's an elevator very close to the condo so that makes it easy to bring things up and down. We spent a lot of time at the pool and it was great that Candy had pool noodles for us to use. She also has bikes and beach chairs that she loans out to her guests which is a nice thing to have available. We'll use the bikes next year since we've already rebooked.

Just what we needed!

This property was perfect for our staycation. We are from Florida, but wanted to get away for a short trip. The condo was just as described and as depicted in the pictures. Well equipped and comfortable. Candy was very flexible, responsive and supportive. Just steps from the beach or explore other beaches in the area. We rode bikes, kayaked and explored the wildlife refuge and lighthouse and of course ate lots of good food at locally owned restaurants. Plus Bailey’s General provided everything we needed for breakfast and lunches on the beach. Very relaxing trip. COVID did not hinder our activities at all. We wore masks and socially distanced when required but this did not affect us doing what we wanted to do. Looking forward to reserving one of Candy’s 2BR units for next summer!
