About this home:
Great location! Crisp and clean updated 3 bedroom cape just a short distance away from Cape Cod Bay in the town neck area of Sandwich. First floor features sunny living room with cathedral ceilings and dining table. Charming bedroom with two twin beds, full bath with shower and washer/dryer.

There is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with sliders to a spacious deck complete with gas grill for "cape cod cookouts". Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms and a full bath with tub and shower. There is also an unenclosed outdoor shower to wash off your sandy toes before relaxing on the deck with a nice cool drink.
