This third-floor walkup is a recent renovation, a five-minute walk from dozens of downtown restaurants, attractions, and island ferries, including access to the world-renowned Cedar Point. Our spacious front room is perfect for families with a dining table that expands to seat up to ten. Two, off-street parking spaces included!

Three bedrooms sleep 6 comfortably with air mattress access (full sized) for 2 additional children, bringing your total party to 8. Brand new appliances and a 65-inch Roku television in a spacious front room with easy kitchen access.

Park your car and leave it for the weekend! Downtown is only a short walk, and the Cedar Point Sports Complex is a five-minute drive. But please keep in mind, this is a third-floor walkup.

Excellent location for a family trip to Sandusky

Very nice and very clean apartment with adequate space for our group (6 adults and 1 infant). Great location by downtown Sandusky restaurants and bars, close to the water. Robert was very helpful and communicated well!

Clean condo and short drive to Cedar Point

Overall, the condo was very clean and the short 10 minute drive to Cedar Point was a big plus. The stairs were a little surprise when we got to the place and just know this is a 3rd story space.

Excellent Location

Excellent property with amazing location. Super close to downtown, lakes, restaurants, fast foods and Cedar Point. The property have amazing space, super clean and super comfy. I higly recommend this property, you wont regret. The bedrooms and bathroom hace plenty space to make your stay comfortable and feel like you are home. The communication with the owner was amazing and the checki in and check out process is simple and easy.

Softball tournament

The condo was exactly what we needed! We are a family of 5 visiting the area from out of state and our oldest was participating in a softball tournament. We were less than 15 to Cedar Point and the Sport complex. The condo was spacious, clean and had everything we needed during our stay. We would definitely return if the opportunity presented itself!

Excellent property!

I stayed here for a couple nights with my kids and partner. Traveled in from Pittsburgh. The property is immaculate and spacious. Easy access to the building and condo on the third floor. The location is close to everything and the owner provides all the details you’ll need. No issues - will definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

The condo itself is very nice and spacious and centrally located to the downtown area/waterfront and CedarPoint. Owner also very communicative and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the building itself could use some updating!

Great weekend getaway

The property was very nice. Plenty of room, very clean, walking distance to downtown, safe, secure and quiet. Owner communicated very well and there were zero issues. Definitely would stay here again!

LOVED the fun decor- a lot of neat Disney art. Clean and spacious. Perfect amount of room for our big group. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Lots of stairs to climb due to it being on the third floor but that worked fine for us. Beautiful condo with lots of windows.
