Small first floor self contained flat. Please note that the stairs are quite steep. Near to Sandown Beach and Pier. Bus stop approx 30 meters away. Private entrance with patio garden and garden furniture. Parking provided. Small kitchenette/lounge with oven/grill, microwave, 2 ring hob, toaster and kettle, fridge with small freezer compartment and single sofa bed (160cm long) Internet TV. Ceiling height 6ft 8in. Starter pack provided inc tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, bread, jams & marmite, cereal, milk and condiments. Discounted ferry booking service available, at least 25% off normal rates. Please arrange this well in advance of your sailing as discounted rates are limited and subject to availability. Car reg and make needed.

Alley the host was more than accommodating when we arrived early. Accommodation although small was perfect for us and everything had been thought of to make our stay everything we wanted it to be. Fantastic location and we managed to fit so much into our 4 days. Osborne house, Needles, Steam railway, Godshill and Carisbrooke Castle are a must. Will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our stay so pleasurable. Xx

Beautifully cosy.
Yet again second time stayed here and it was absolutely amazing had all the facilities that’ we needed everything was astonishingly tidy and clean. Couldn’t fault our stay. This is our second time here and me and my partner love it. So cosy and warm. Kitted our beautifully and Ally Is such an amazing supportive hostess. Very welcoming . I really appreciate the stay

Lovely apartment
Lovely modern and comfortable appartment, the host was very wecolming. Added extras of bread, milk, cereals and more. I would definitely recommend this accomodation. In an ideal location with excellent parking facilities.

Great Flat
A very compact but well fitted out flat. The welcome pack was far more than I have ever had before. It was well situated in the town and the owner was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Lovely stay
Ally was really welcoming giving us a full guided tour of the flat that was really nice and well stocked with breakfast food. Flat really modern and has own private entrance. Off street parking was very welcoming. Only had a few days stay but really nice and location to local amenities very good. Recommended.

The property was very clean although small. Situated close to the beach, grocery shops and takeaways. The local pubs are good but not all serve food.

Great
We were there for work purposes, unit was absolutely perfect. Everything you would need, very comfortable bed, great shower and all spotlessly clean. Ally was so helpful in anyway. Hopefully be back next year
