"I had a wonderful stay at Newport Student Village! It was only a short 10 minute walk to central Newport and if you walk 5 more minutes you will be at the bus station which will take you everywhere you need to go. The room lacked decoration but that was something I expected as the facility is used to house students. I did have a bathroom, so that was a pleasant surprise! The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. I would 100% stay here again! "

"This is a good apartment as it’s so close to Cardiff by road or train. It’s also very close to local shops and a 15 min walk to the lovely pier and beach. What the ad doesn’t tell you is the apartment is at the side of the train stop that runs every 15 minutes. "Central location, close to the high street. Pool and sauna are nice. Only wet sauna but fine for us. Clean room, quiet, staff were nice, we even got a complementary wine bottle for not having room service. Parking is expensive in the whole area (even with hotel discount), most of the hotels don't have own parking.We booked a much cheaper parking outside city center for two days and took an uber to the hotel. We had a nice experience and would return."
