「We were really disappointed with our stay - the bathroom light was broken - the bedroom light was broken and there were stains on a lot of the bedding and couch. The kettle was sticky when we arrived and we didn’t realize we had to hire pool towels.
Very unfortunate as we are owners at Wyndham and the standard is usually much better 」

"I stayed here for a parent-child study abroad trip. The bus stop was close to the school, and the view from the room was amazing. I was also very satisfied with the spacious and clean room. I would definitely stay here again."
"I checked in at 2pm on a Saturday and there was no staff there, the front door was locked and I couldn't get to the front desk. I called to ask but they couldn't get to the front desk. They didn't understand I was outside and kept asking me the safe number even though the key was in the safe. Really annoying."
"The view from the room is spectacular. We could see sunrise from the balcony. There is a bus stop nearby. We tend to go to Southport Cole’s to buy food. If you come by car, it will be more convenient."
