"Nice based, park fab. Wasn't told you could only half 45 mins in the pool a day. Were we stayed, I found dirty tissue under the bed. Fridge had no milk door holders, over freezing in fridge, cooker keep shortcut out. Cooker keep smoking setting fire alarm off. The site it's self was nice friendly. My lodging need a new mircowave, was badly rusted as well. Owners need to update it. Can't be cooking in that or the oven for small children going. Cleaners need to do a better job."

"Pros: - Very Clean - Spacious Flat - Very Smart Kitchen - Comfortable Bedding - Very Modern Bathroom - Close to the town and Sea - provided us Fresh Bread, Bacon and Better Cons: - This is a basement Flat and should have been listed as one - It can get rather noisy upstairs with banging and a dog running around - If you are afraid of Dogs, although the connecting door upstairs oppsoite the bathroom is locked, there was a few times the dog was heard near the door. "

"The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Every one of them is excellent. Friendly and helpful. I arrived off the sleeper and they wen out of their way to make sure I got into my room early. My upgraded room was comfortable and had wonderful views. Breakfasts were very good. I’ll definitely stay here again. "

"We totally enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. I can't say enough about the breakfasts. There was a buffet of lots of fresh fruit every day, a selection of cereals, and the cooked breakfasts to order were fabulous. We aren't drinkers, so we didn't go into the pub at all. There was a minor plumbing issue one evening, and they did everything possible to rectify it that evening. Unfortunately, the plumber wasn't able to get the part till the next day, but we were able to use a shared toilet on the floor. I would stay again without hesitation."

"Great location but be prepared for the climb back up the hill from town! The parking involved a bit of shuffling but it was easy enough and superb to have an EV charger. We had the smallest room which doesn’t have a seaview but we knew that before coming and the room was lovely and cosy, with plush carpets, linen and towels. I wasn't sure what it'd be like without a staffed reception but it was easy to get hold of someone if you needed anything."
