Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the view and the location to town. Cambria is a wonderful relaxing place to visit. The house itself needs some maintenance and updating. We we there for a week and went out to eat for only one lunch. The pots and pans are old and nasty looking or slim pickings. There are plenty of sheets but the comforters need to be replaced. The one in the back bedroom looks pretty dirty. This was our third time staying at this property. As I said at the beginning the view can’t be beat.

Beautiful home/close to Moonstone Beach/Amazing Views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 8 days and loved every second of our trip. Getting to the beach is an easy walk down one flight of stairs and on the beach you are! The kitchen was wonderful to cook in. We cooked most of our dinners on site which was so easy to do. Plenty of dinner ware, pots and pans and glasses. The outside BBQ was clean and excellent which we used about 4 times. Everything was provided for in the home including washing machine detergent. The balcony and outside patio was excellent and very enjoyable. You can walk to Moonstone Beach and enjoy the beach area there along with all of the wonderful restaurants. You can even walk to the town of Cambria in literally 10 mins max. Would definitely highly recommend and would stay here again. There were 6 of us total and we had plenty of room to spread out.

Beautiful Location - Poor Experience with Management

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay, but I urge anyone considering this property to be extremely thorough upon arrival. Make sure to inspect the property carefully and document any damages with photos immediately. The vacation rental company relies heavily on their housekeeping staff, and unfortunately, if they identify any issues after your stay, you may be held responsible—whether you caused the damage or not. As a property management company owner myself, I know the importance of documenting verifiable damage both before and after a stay to ensure fairness.Additionally, we were unable to use the grill because it wasn’t cleaned properly, and the propane tank was nearly empty. We reported this verbally but were later told it wasn’t documented, leaving us in a difficult position. Always report any issues in writing; otherwise, you risk them not being addressed, which happened in our case. To make matters worse, they even suggested we weren’t being truthful, which is deeply unsettling.Though the property is beautiful and we enjoyed most of our stay, I can’t say I’m confident about returning. I don’t feel valued as a guest, especially since Breen has not reached out to turn the experience around. As much as we loved the place, the lack of accountability and customer care leaves me hesitant to come back.

The view was spectacular! The weather was beautiful! The master bathroom was great! Lots of kitchen appliances to make cooking easy.

We had an amazing time. The beachfront location was perfect for watching the sunset and crashing waves while sipping wine on the deck. The house is stocked with all the tools for preparing meals. A true paradise. Wish we had stayed longer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment you open the doors to enter this beautiful property, you are greeted with the beauty of the blue ocean. I've been staying at this property for many years, and it never disappoints. There have been a few upgrades since my last visit, and I couldn't be more pleased. Close locations to either Moonstone Beach or to Fiscalini Ranch for a walk. The staff are always welcoming and the home and mainly its location speaks for itself. I also like that it's one story with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Whether you are enjoying your morning coffee or your evening wine. The views from the deck cannot be beat!

Beachside Beauty

This is a lovely home, in a great locaton. The home's layout provides ample space for both privcy and gathering - inside and out. We enjoyed daily walks on the beach; a fire on a couple of chilly, rainy nights and watched a perfect sunset from the deck. Mintues to restaurants, shopping and Breen Vacation Station, who were wonderful to work with.

Awesome view!

Just walking through the gate tells you that you have found a perfect getaway place. Right on the beach with big waves and very few folks on this beach; a cup of coffee on the deck early in the morning was the best. Three good walks nearby. The kitchen had most of what folks would need to cook.
