Smoking is forbidden inside the hotel, but there are guests who do not respect the rules and smoke in the rooms. From one guest to another the rooms are ventilated and a device is put in place to remove the smell of tobacco but sometimes the smell has not completely disappeared before the next guest enters. We are sorry if this was your case, but our reception department quickly moved you to another room when you notified reception.With regard to your comment about the fridge, there is no fridge in the rooms, but if our guests want or need to keep medicines, food or drinks cold, they can do so at reception, where we offer a free service available 24 hours a day.The hotel provides its guests with a complimentary bottle of water per person in their room, but only on the day of arrival.
