「Habitación tipo cabaña sucia y descuidada llena de espacios entre la madera se veia de afuera hacia adentro, sillones quedamos de cigarro, Entiendo que las cabañas deben hacer ciertos ruidos de madera, pero esta no me dejó dormir de tanto ruido que hacía la madera. Madera vieja y llena de agujeros y bichos! En la tina se iba el agua, tuve que ajustar el tapón y tuve que mantener abierto el chorro todo el tiempo para se mantuviera llena. El inodoro la mañana siguiente no botaba el agua y...

「We loved our stay here. The grounds of the property are beautiful and interesting with lots of birds and butterflies (note there is some small construction going on at the moment but this didn’t affect us). It was a relaxing and peaceful place for a few days with excellent hiking nearby to the waterfalls and river swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the enclosed seating area at the front of each cabin, with fresh coffee provided, was a great place just to sit for a while....

「They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. 「This was our second time staying here and we love this place! Staff is very helpful, and made the effort to communicate with us, using our very limited Spanish. Trees and flowers are beautiful here. Many choices on Free Breakfast menu, and food is very good. We love staying in this place and know that the staff takes great pride in keeping the natural beauty of Costa Rica, and providing excellent service.」
