The stairs down to Playa Manzanillo are a couple of minutes on foot from this 3-bedroom home with its own palapa and a shared pool. The upper suite has three twin beds plus its own palapa and patio, reached by outdoor stairs, so it suits older kids or anyone who wants more independence. A king bed in bedroom one, a double and a twin in bedroom two, and air conditioning in both. A quiet residential street with restaurants close by.



The Space:

Bedrooms are on two levels.



Bedroom 1 (main level): king bed, air conditioning.

Bedroom 2 (main level): one double bed and one twin bed, air conditioning.

Bedroom 3 (upper suite): three twin beds, plus a private outdoor palapa with patio. It's reached by outdoor stairs and doesn't have air conditioning, so it's best for older kids or guests who want extra privacy.



Living spaces: a fully equipped kitchen with colorful tile, comfortable living and dining areas, and two full bathrooms with handmade tile details. Ceiling fans run throughout.



Outdoors: a shaded terrace, an outdoor patio for relaxing after the beach, the upstairs palapa with seating, and the shared pool.



Good to know: the house works best for families with older children or groups who are fine with stairs to the third bedroom.



Guest Access:

The home, the terrace and the upstairs palapa are just for your group. The pool is shared. There's garage parking.



The Neighborhood:

A quiet residential street on Calle Quinta Sur. The stairs down to Playa Manzanillo, great for swimming, beach walks and sunsets, are a couple of minutes on foot. The Rinconada's restaurants and shops are about 20 minutes on foot.



Getting Around:

Playa Manzanillo is on foot, and taxis are a quick way to reach the rest of town. If you come by car, there's garage parking.

Other Things to Note:

A designated parking space is available for guests. Please note that the parking sign reads “Paloma Tropical.”



We are located in a friendly and welcoming community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to other people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM noise should be kept to a minimum. No smoking of any kind



All guests are required to sign the rental agreement prior to their stay. A secure link will be sent before arrival, and completion is necessary in order to access the property.



Your stay includes 50 kWh of electricity per day. Any usage above this allowance will be charged at $5 MXN per additional kWh. Consumption is monitored daily, and meter readings can be provided upon request or if the limit is exceeded. To help stay within the allowance, we recommend turning off the A/C when leaving the property.



Hurricane season notice



If your stay falls during hurricane season, please be aware that storms can cause power outages in the area. These are outside our control and can happen at short notice. We're not able to offer refunds or partial refunds for power outages or other storm-related disruptions during your stay.



If severe weather or another natural event prevents you from travelling, cancellations will follow the cancellation policy on your booking. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance that covers weather and natural events, as any claim for costs in that situation would need to go through your insurer.
