This was my (at least) fourth annual stay at this property. If you want to be close to town and many of its restaurants this is an ideal spot. It's very quiet, well maintained and the units with kitchens are well stocked. A maintenance manager (Orlando) is on the property daily and keeps the windows, grounds and pool spotless.

Excellent location. About a mile walk from the ferry terminal. Multiple grocery stores, bars, restaurants around. The room was very comfortable and had everything you would need.

Our room was very clean and spacious. The AC was great and the view of the ocean was amazing expect for the property sign which was attached to our balcony. The pool was small but enough to cool off in. The staff was friendly and having the key box to check in and out with was super easy! The location was awesome as it was close to restaurants and even walkable to the airport! No golfcart needed!

Air conditioning ran cold and we preferred to shut it off. Great location, our fishing guide picked us up 50' from the front door. Pool was a nice feature and alternative to the ocean. Will definitely stay again.
