This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies.

Beach Essentials:
We provide beach chairs (6), beach towels and a cooler.
We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.

Cameras:
This home has a camera system monitoring the outdoor area. option to disconnect (except for the main entrances) is available upon request. We will provide instructions upon arrival.

Maximum occupancy is 8 people (including adults & children) unless otherwise agreed to by Villa Owner.

Our home away from home is situated in Sero Colorado near Baby Beach. Sero Colorado was and still is a special place located at the southern tip of the island. also known as "The colony" by locals, once was a thriving gated community of Esso employees and their families. the neighborhood is very quiet and secluded far away from crowded tourist area. Many houses are being brought back to live. walk to baby beach or rodger's beach (10 mins walk). light house and Sero Colorado natural bridge are also nearby.
