Parking was secure and nice. Showers were dirty and heavily stained. AC didn’t work properly. Restaurant needs to just close. Service wasn’t existent. Bed was rock hard! Room smelled like bleach

The property is beautiful! Unfortunately it is in an area that is industrialized and lacks restaurants. Not even coffee in the morning. We could not get information on the shuttle to Leon airport and were offered a taxi for an 1.5 hour trip. Did find a home nearby where they make pan dulces so we has something to eat before our trip to the airport. Coffee across a busy street for mini-mart machine style coffee.

Realmente todo esta super bien, me gusto la atención que me brindaron desde que llegue al lugar, muy amables, las instalaciones, la alberca super limpia, se puede llegar al centro de San Miguel de Allende en ruta, hay tiendas de comida cerca, la terminal de autobuses. En fin, me encanto hospedarme aquí.

EXCELENTE LUGAR!

Exacelente! El servicio es super personalizado, nos permitieron entrar a la habitación antes debido a que ya estaba lista, nos dieron un regalito por ser la celebración de cumpleaños de mi esposo. Nos hicieron recomendaciones de lugares para comer. las instalaciones de 10. hotel colonial con una alberca de excelente tamaño y un jacuzzi al aire libre super cómodo. El estacionamiento super seguro. Agua caliente en las regaderas. Áreas comunes super lindas! A toda la familia nos encantó. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

ya habia estado en ocasiones anteriores en el hotel y su atractivo es el Jacuzzi en el area de albercas,,, en esta ocasion desde que se ingreso a las 3 pm el servicio de habitacion el jacuzzi jamas tuvo agua caliente ni al otro dia como estaba acostumbrado y el cual era la razon del atractivo del hotel... en relacion al resto del servicio se mantiene igual Ojala. dean atencion a lo q Estaba acosumbrado al servicio

El hotel es sencillo pero es agradable. Los cuartos son limpios, el restaurante sí funciona y la comida es regular. Lo único es que el hidromasaje no está abierto y esa fue la opción por la que nos decidimos. No está tan lejos de todo y el personal es muy atento y accesible. Buena experiencia!
