La atención de Jennifer y Elsa son increíbles, excelentes personas y muy amables. Nos la pasamos muy bien, solo que sería bueno contemplar un regulador de temperatura para el agua de la alberca pues era demasiado fría y no pudimos meternos.

A 4 kms. de San Miguel de Allende en auto. Habitaciones cómodas y muy bien acondicionadas. Sin embargo, en el caso de la habitación asignada había un olor algo desagradable que provenía de las cañerías. El desayuno, aunque gratuito y vasto para los huéspedes (pan tostado con mermelada, café, jugo, huevos al gusto), no resulta tan atractivo ni acorde al valor (estimado).

Un hotel excelente para descansar

Es un hotel muy agradable está hermoso, duermes muy rico, el personal es muy atento y agradable, está alejado del ruido así que duermes como rey, si vas a san Miguel de ayende creo es una de las mejores opciones, ya que ahí si descansaras de verdad, ademas no está lejos del centro, tiene alberca, y es un lugar muy bonito, y lo repito tanto el muchacho que te recibe como el velador y las muchachas que te hacen unos desayunos riquísimos son muy agradables y hacen que tu estancia ahí sea más acogedora, yo estoy encantada y volveré ahí nuevamente muchas gracias por todo

La opción si buscas fin tranquilo y de paz

Excelente lugar, suficientemente alejado del centro para descansar y lo suficientemente cercano para no perder la paciencia. Buen lugar tranquilo muy en paz si buscas un fin con tu pareja y convivir como no lo habían podido hacer. El detalle es que los lugares de cómoda están retirados pero si preguntas el personal te ayudará con mucho gusto a resolver ese dilema. Muy buena estancia muy recomendable.

Caro para lo que es...

Nuestra estancia fue de una sola noche pero fue muy mala la estancia. Nos asignaron una habitación justo a un lado de una fiesta... la cual era.escandalosa y no nos permitió descansar buena parte de la noche. Segundo la habitación era demasiado fria y no contaba con calefacción y por último, nunca se calentó el agua de la regadera sólo salía agua helada y como no cuentan con teléfono para avisar no pudimos hacer nada más que bañarnos así... Lo único bueno del hotel fue la fruta que brindan en el desayuno continental y el.café.

Just stay here and avoid the hassle of the downtown hotels. This place is drop dead gorgeous. A converted hacienda or something. I am a designer so I appreciated the beauty of the hotel and the authentic ceilings and walks and beams. Truly magnificent and you coukd book the entire hotel and bring all your friends A place not to be missed and they wait on you hand and foot.

TERRIBLE ...Para empezar el hotel está lejísimos de San Miguel, en cuanto llegamos nos recibió una persona que dijo se el chef puesto que no tenían más personal para recibirnos además cinco perros ladrando y trepándose en las piernas y haciendo del lugar su casa. A la hora de dormir los perros ladrando y se escuchaba el ruido que hacían en la cocina desde temprano,la regadera con el piso mantecoso es decir sucio,la habitación sin aire acondicionado y con ventanas selladas que no se podian abrir, eso fue la primera noche y quisimos cancelar la otra y no se podía,Pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación por el ruido principalmente y la dueña del lugar dijo que no siendo que en el lugar éramos los únicos huéspedes. Al despertar quisimos bañarnos y no había agua optamos por desayunar primero mientras arreglaban lo del agua y cuando ya había agua estaba helada no había gas!!! EN RESUMEN LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA QUE HEMOS TENIDO EN UN VIAJE CARO Y PATÉTICO NO VOLVERÍAMOS A ESE LUGAR NI AUNQUE NOS REGALARAN LAS DOS NOCHES QUE PAGAMOS PARA QUE VOLVIÉRAMOS!!!
