Villa Degli Aceri, a compound two-family villa, stands in Bibione Pineda at 150 metres from the beach and in the close proximity of its centre.

The four room apartment, for 6/8 persons with air conditioning, is situated on the ground floor and consists of living room with double sofa bed, television, separated cooking corner with fridge and oven, 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with bunk bed, bathroom with window and box shower, washing machine, fenced garden, one parking place (on the property).
