2 new apartments have been created on our farm - in the middle of St. Martin in Passeier in the heart of South Tyrol. Cows, free-range chickens and warm hosts with great enthusiasm for what they do live here at 600m.

True hospitality thrives on attention to detail.

Our style is rural and modern at the same time, but above all it is our very own, natural and sustainable materials ensure a good and cozy atmosphere in the house.

On our farm you can get delicious fresh milk and free-range eggs from our hard-working animals.

From the apartments you can reach the village and the bus stop in just a few minutes on foot. The beautiful spa town of Merano is not far away for a trip to the most beautiful gardens in Europe and to follow in the footsteps of Sissi.
