"This is by far one of the better Hotels in San Marcos. The front desk staff was very friendly and patient as we did not have the correct kind of card for incidentals. He went above and beyond trying to help us trouble shoot our situation without breaking the rules or policies for the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here if in this area. "

"Only negative remarks is the bed pillows are very flimsy and uncomfortable... Not firm enough and only 3 pillows a bed... Otherwise, the entire Stay was fun and delightful for all of us! Mackenzie, our front desk host was very professional and very friendly amazing to our needs! She assisted Me and my party for all of our concerns to ease. Will definitely come back soon!"
