"Estuvimos en plan familiar, muy bonito hotel, seguro, cómodo y excelente ubicación. Lo mejor: la atención del personal. Muy amables desde el registro, incluso supieron que festejábamos un cumpleaños y enviaron un bello detalle al cuarto. El desayuno rico y completo. La alberca muy agradable. Solo el aire acondicionado de hab ruidoso pero nada que impidiera descansar. Muy agradable estancia."

"The rooms were very clean and staffed with towels and water. The staff was very friendly. The only thing that could make this hotel better would be to have a hotel shuttle service to the airport, other than that it was pefect. Location is great, the little swimping pool on the roof has an excellent view of the city and is a great place to have a morning coffee. I would definitly stay here again."

"The hotel is a really nice property on a well located and safe area in an exclusive area of San Luis Potosi. The staff was great, they met all my requests promptly and always with a smile, and the facilities are well maintained. The only suggestion I have is related to the parking, there are too few parking spots, but other than that, everything was wonderful."
