Property was walking distance from everything, loved staying so close to the beach. All the family enjoyed our stay here and we’ve stayed at many places in Pismo and I can honestly say these were the best showers with great water pressure. Just for that I rate this place a 10. We will definitely stay here again….

Very Nice location, But will not recommend or opt for 2nd time

If you want to enjoy the beach at a very reasonable price you can go ahead and make a reservation.But let me tell what you might not like.- Although the list of amenities mentions Dishwasher, there is not one in atleast in #1. You have to wash your dishes manually. The drying rack is not clean.- Garage entry has an issue. If you have a sedan (I took my tesla 3), every time you go down and come up from the basement garage, the bottom of the car gets scratched.- Washer dryer is common for all units at the basement- The communication email or the reservation does not mention anything about the unit you reserve. You have contact host for details.- the recliner in the room was broken. My 4 year old daughter was about to fall when she sat on it- no spices/condiments provided After all the bad experiences, I will say, the location of the property, the ease to contact the property manager and the ambience of the beach will still be a huge for future reservations.Regards,Sumit

Weekend get away trip with friends

The condo is in a great location for walking by the beach and walking to restaurants. The only thing we all disliked were the bed pillows. They were too big and too hard. Otherwise, a nice place for 2 couples or a small family.
