Great hotel in a prime location right next to the mall. Staff was great. Only complaint is the AC would not work good enough to keep my room cool to my comfort. But, it was decent enough considering I was there in August. "

TV is old. Not smart TV. Only basic airways available.
They wouldn’t let me cancel once I found out theirs no hot water. Basically, if you book here, you risk everything. Be cautious. Also, you have to get a taxi to get anywhere.

"The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City."
