Very old hotel that only has basic up keep. Carpet so dirty I WOULD NOT walk on it with bare feet.

Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan Hotel & Casino
Had a suite for kids which was a good set up and size. The food was not great including the breakfast in the am. The staff were really nice but took a while for any requests. The coffee shop didn't open early enough for people with kids lol good distance from. Airport and beach so that was nice.

The Condado Plaza Hotel
Big room, facing the ocean, great value, with friendly staff. Not a fancy hotel by any means if you are looking for the $400+ a night hotels. An amazing beach connected to the hotel, with a food and drink vendor on it. Pool is clean with a bar in it and a restaurant on the side.

The staff at the resort were very pleasant and helpful. The pool was very clean. The beach was lovely. The room was very clean as well.
