I stayed at this property (although under a new name now) in 2024 and, based on my experience, opted to stay here again. Pros: - Perfect location. Close to nightlife, a beautiful beach, 787 Coffee, and restaurants, etc, but also feels tucked away. - Beautiful trees and outside decor make it feel like an oasis. - It's gated, so you can walk around the building/compound like it's an extension to your room. - There are two hot tubs on the roof - awesome little kickback area with great views and privacy - Cold AC, comfy bed, amazing pillows (like amazing). - Staff was friendly and phenomenal - my room flooded (I think the seal on the toilet was leaking) - they not only fixed it, but they cleaned the entire room in just over an hour, I think. They were SO sweet and kind - seriously the BEST little crew. Cons: - I wish there were a table or a dresser in the room, but that's minor and won't stop me from staying again lol - Parking is a pain, but if you time it right, you can get a spot with no problem I plan to visit the island regularly - I might even stay for a few months soon. This will 100% be my go-to spot. Hopefully my review doesn't mess with my ability to lock in dates LOL

Great location in walking distance to get to other places, ocean right across the street, really cute (in a hobo hippy vibe), overall great stay. The only thing I would say that I didn't like was the water pressure in the shower. Overall, I would return. Thank you 😊

I would describe our experience as conflicting. Upon arrival, the room appeared clean and pleasant; however, there was a strong odor, reminiscent of a decomposing animal, coming from the air conditioning, and we encountered small gnats (midges) inside. We also experienced poor water pressure, a sentiment echoed by other guests we met in the common area. ​Since there is no on-site staff, it took approximately 2.5 hours to get in touch with a representative and facilitate a room change. While we truly appreciate the upgrade to a larger, comfortable room and found the cleaning staff very helpful the next day, the new room still had several maintenance issues, such as a falling bedroom shelf, a damaged bathroom door and shower rod, and damaged cabinets. ​It would be ideal for management to invest time in property maintenance, as many of the physical damages are not reflected in the website’s advertisements.

I had a really disappointing experience staying here. From the moment we arrived, basic amenities were either missing or not working, and it took multiple follow-ups to get any kind of response. We requested simple necessities like towels and toilet paper, along with help for WiFi issues and a broken air conditioner. Despite being told someone would come, no one ever showed up to fix these problems. Communication was slow and inconsistent. The most frustrating issue was losing running water entirely. Our toilet, shower, and sink all stopped working, which made the space essentially unlivable. While we were told it was an “island-wide issue,” there was no urgency or proactive solution offered for guests. We had to repeatedly reach out just to get updates, and even then, timelines were missed (we were told someone would arrive at 9am, but they didn’t). Although the staff acknowledged the issues and apologized, the lack of follow-through and delayed action made the situation extremely frustrating. At a minimum, guests should expect reliable communication and timely solutions when essential utilities are affected. Overall, the experience felt poorly managed, and I would not recommend staying here unless there are major improvements in responsiveness and maintenance.

Room was clean and the property was easy to find. The light in the bathroom flickered so was a bit annoying. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner was strong. Parking on the street was the big downside otherwise worth the money.
