We only stayed in the room for one night as it was our last night in PR and closer to the airport for an early flight so it met our needs as a group of four traveling. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is also very large and the shower has two shower heads! There is no refrigerator in the room, but there is a community kitchen which was right next door to our room. I recommend using the blackout curtains because there was a lot of light from outside lighting that illuminated the room! The rental included parking, but there was no instruction for where to park. There was a spot out front of the building to the side of the gate where we ended up parking and we were not asked to move.

I don’t enjoy typing novels for reviews, so I’m going to keep this short but helpful for others considering staying here. LOCATION- great location in terms of things walking distance restaurants, convenient stores, and one or two shops weren’t far. Disclaimer- the room we stayed in (the one that is separate from the rest of the rooms has a pink door) has extremely thin walls. Being on the bus street it was noisy at night in particular to very loud and obnoxious motorcycles and cars. ROOM- the room we stayed in was semi clean. There was a bed a tv and a bathroom. The kitchen we had access to was shared with the other rooms. At the time the kitchen was not clean, so we did not utilize it. We had to walk out of our room into a gate and then open another door to the kitchen. Definitely something to keep in mind. There was no mini fridge in the room or anything. The bathroom had a window which was wide open once we arrived which allowed a lot of mosquitos. Yes I’m aware it is common occurrence for this I just wasn’t expecting so many. STAFF- the best part of this experience. I was unaware when booked a room that we would not have access to kitchen. I told the host and was offered another room and to pay a reasonable difference. The host checked on us a couple times and assured if we needed anything he would do it. I hope somebody finds this helpful. For the purpose of this trip, I was satisfied with the choice of stay. Most of our time was out on the town or on the beach!

We had a spacious and very clean and cozy room, great security inside the hotel and an extremely functional kitchen. Very beautiful and pleasant place. Car spaces in order of arrival so you have to be lucky to be able to park the car, but other than that the parking is free. We had great support with all our doubts and questions, and even a help when we had a problem with our canceled flights back home. It's a place I would totally recommend. Our room was the first and because it was close to the street at night it had a huge noise, but this has nothing to do with the hotel, which in itself is wonderful.
Kitchen equipped with items that we can use and we were even allowed to use on the beach.
We had all the necessary utensils to make our snacks and dinner!

I had an issue with some items going missing and the host stopped responding when I asked about it. He said he was checking the cameras and then never responded again. Otherwise very clean and nice area.

Everything was very smooth and easy going the housekeeping amazing as well. The only inconvenience i saw on the room i stayed they don’t have a mini bar… is my biggest recommendation for fiture guests. Keep the drinks fresh while walking around in the hit!! Other than that i definitely will search to stay there in future trips to PR!!

Was not aware of the area around when i booked and I wish I was. The place was a cheap place to crash for the night and uber eats was handy so I didn't have to get out into the traffic. Neighborhood had a little sketchy felling but this is coming from a family that lives out in the middle of nowhere and are not around a lot of people
