気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Facility is not maintained. Rooms are dirty & Dusty. Front desk Staff is unprofessional, unwelcoming, and should not be in the hospitality business. I’ve never in all my years of staying in a Hilton been more disgusted and disappointed by this brand. Called 3 out of 4 nights because the shower didn’t drain and flooded the bathroom. We missed a reservation due to this issue. Was never properly addressed until I begged for help on night 3, we were never offered a different room or even an apology. Just dirty looks as if I, on my honeymoon, should be accepting of such poor quality service and brand conditions. I typically coming from a multi unit leadership role try my best to be understanding and open but this experience was unacceptable.
