Stayed 1 night December 18 2022. It’s a good basic value for $20 - $30. Well kept fun little hostil. Walking distance to skate park, beach and 1 mile from all tourist restaurants and bars. People were nice. I booked another night March 3rd (today)

I think this place is understaffed and is in need of some repair or upgrades. There were some unsavory people that were stealing from other guests and made me very uncomfortable. The staff was probably the best part of the stay. They were stretched thin, but provided good info and were accessible. Overall, it's a cheap hostel with low amenities and supplies in a decent area, I got what I paid for.

It’s a very minimal hostel, you get what you pay for. Air conditioner broke on my second to last night so it was a little uncomfortable, and showers drain was plugged causing a puddle at my feet, and shower water would turn into a trickle after five minutes. But everyone was nice. Felt safe enough. Not terrible for $20.

Absolutely terrible experience, from the check in to check out. We were assigned 2 beds and when we came back from a night out, someone was asleep on my friends bed so we had to sleep in a twin size bed together. The lock to the girls dorm was a hassle to open. Thankfully we only stayed a night.

this was my first hostel stay. The transportation system in puerto rico is VERY difficult. You either have to rent a car or a tour to get out of san juan.to see the rest of the island Not the hostels fault. I would come at a different time of year as well. This was the HIGH season. VERY expensive. Live and learn.

thieves stealing people money and not me back $

The service was horrible. I didn’t even stay there. They was rude before I got there. Try to charge extra charges on me for checking in. I contacted customer service and customer service told me that I couldn’t get my refund back. What a waste of time with them and you.

Estoy segura que este establecimiento no dispone de licencia para albergar personas,puede que paraestablode animales .Llevo visitado Hostels y algo sin orden ni gerencia como esto jamás.Todos los demás son aceptables,y soy muy consciente donde me alojo.Sin rótulo indicativo,sin timbre y no contestan al TF. No aceptan tarjeta crédito,y tras 1 hora un chico ,que dice ser cliente,me cobra la estancia en dinero sin recibo y ni vuelta.Aqui nadie sabe nada.Sucio de meses,sin orden ni RUMBO.Tomaré medidas legales contra ellos. Y me pregunto...para que me sirve reservar desde una plataforma que vende ese ,para alojamiento?,para nada. Cuídense,por favor,de saber lo que promocionan en sus páginas Webs,no engañen a la gente que viaja y infórmense que están vendiendo.
