Nuestra estadía en SOMOS Hotel fue simplemente increíble. Las instalaciones son geniales, cada detalle cuenta: los juegos de mesa, los espacios de café y el spot para fotos le dieron el toque perfecto para crear recuerdos y capturar momentos hermosos. La mini suite para 4 personas fue ideal: súper espaciosa, con una cocina completamente equipada (perfecta para cocinar), una sala con TV para poner música y disfrutar del ambiente, y un balcón espectacular, perfecto para relajarse con una cervecita y un tabaco. Las habitaciones también muy cómodas y acogedoras. No exagero cuando digo que nuestra experiencia fue maravillosa, nos encantó todo. ¡Lo recomendamos 100%!"

This is a cute boutique like hotel. The staff was welcoming and friendly. It was easy check in and I was able to get early check in with a few at 12pm, which was very convenient. They have a bar with snack in the front and the lobby offers filtered water, seltzer and coffee. I booked a smaller room with a single bed and it had everything I needed for a one night stay. It was clean and it was in a convenient and populated area. You do seem to hear everything in the hall if you have active neighbors, but the room comes with ear plugs and a face mask which was thoughtful. At night it’s a lively street, so I appreciated a code to the front door and that it’s well lit. I would stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Somos Hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! This charming boutique hotel is the perfect spot for a short stay. The artsy vibe really adds a unique touch, making it feel cozy and inviting. What truly stood out to me was the staff—they were incredibly personal and pleasant, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The affordability of the hotel is also a big plus, especially considering the quality of service and ambiance. I visited for the Bad Bunny concert and stayed for two nights, and it was simply perfect. If you're looking for a great place to stay, Somos Hotel is definitely a fantastic option!

This small hotel is conveniently located for visiting San Juan. A short ride from the airport, a short ride to old San Juan. Safe area and walkable. My room was fairly small but certainly clean and comfortable. One should know that despite some websites and reviews, the hotel no longer has an exercise/workout room, but instead has a 'game' room. I would certainly consider staying here again.

Great for solo travelers! The room and common areas are clean and in good condition. It's a safe area and the beach and good cafés and restaurants are in walking distance. The staff is incredibly helpful and had amazing food and travel tips. Will definitely come back

Recomendando 100%. El personal es increíblemente amable y dispuesto a colaborar! El hotel está perfectamente ubicado y a dos minutos de playa Condado, si bien las habitaciones son pequeñas están bastante acogedoras y limpias. Todos los Espacios del hotel se ven súper cuidados y agradables. De verdad que lo Recomiendo , yo definitivamente vuelvo a hospedarme en este hotel ❤️❤️❤️

Spent a night at Somos Hotel. The suite we stayed in was very spacious. I was traveling with friends and family. It’s definitely a cute place with different activities/things that you can do (dominos, air hockey, jenga, etc.) It’s instagram pic worthy! We wanted to be in a lively area and this is just that. It is not far from restaurants, shopping and entertainment. That said- it can be loud at night / early morning but we knew that and it didn’t bother us because our purpose was to go out and have fun. It was thoughtful that they provided eye masks and ear plugs. I would stay here again if traveling with friends!

Upon arrival there is a door bell that allows the staff to let you in. Guest parking is on the street and definitely not convenient. Front desk is connected to the bar which I found to be too close when exchanging private information such as payment and name information. Front desk staff walked me to my room and proceeded to say the keyless code out loud in the hallway for anyone to hear. The guest across from me proceeded to complain there was no running water available. Definitely not for solo women traveler. Area is sketchy and doesn’t have an inviting vacation vibe as seen online. I emailed the property in regards to not having running water but Somos Hotel in Santurce did not reply at all. I did get a request to fill out this survey which I hope helps you to make a better choice in the area. I literally checked in and checked out losing a night that was already paid for. I hope this review helps the hotel tone more discreet and prepared with a generator for water issues in the future.
