Guest access
The building is next to the Condado Lagoon and it has a parking. Once you enter the apartment you can get access to the parking pass and beeper. The building is very safe and you need a key to access the apartment floor. There is a coin laundromat in the building with washers and driers. You can walk to the lagoon and to the beach.
