Ce que nous avons aimé :- la grande terrasse- la literie tres confortable- l emplacement- tout le necessaire disponible- la qualité des informations donnée par la proprietaire- la remise des clés quelque soit l heure d arrivée Ce que ne avons moins aimé :- le bruit (simple vitrage, rue passante)- les odeurs persistantes dans la salle de bain wc (etat neuf)- la place de stationnement difficile d acces (mais on peux se garer dans la rue a proximité)Nous recommandons ce logement, nous y sommes restés 10 jours

The home is very worn and dirty. Dissuade everyone from this residence. Everything is dirty, pillows, blankets, the whole kitchen is sticky with cooking grease. We paid for three weeks and left after one night. As it stands now, we probably get no money back money back

We loved the spaciousness!! But the traffic.. overall we have had a super fine stay at a very nice place, San Juan de Alicante! I would recommend this appartment.

Gastgeber war immer ansprechbar. Wohnung wie beschrieben. Riesiger Balkon. Kleine aber laute Straße. Würde die wohnung auf jedenfall wieder buchen und auch weiter empfehlen

We had a fantastic holiday, a great apartment with lots of outside space on the most amazing terrace! With a baby and a toddler we were worried how safe it would be, but it was just perfect!!

Very nice house has everything and a amazing tarrac. The stores and restaurants are close 5min walk very clean.

Our opinion was slightly shaded by the horrendous journey from the airport to the appartment.The road where the appartment was, was closed for road works and we were sent in circles for an hour before finally getting there.Was initially a bit shocked when we walked in , was scrupulously clean but the smell of cigarettes hung in the air ( probably more noticeable as we are non smokers). We had hired a car as we knew it was quite a walk to the beach, but the thought of facing all the road works every time we went out put us off, so we only stayed one night and found an appartment closer to the amenities.

Bellissimo posto la casa molto accogliente grande con in bell terrazzo vicino al mare bellissimo anche la proprietaria molto gentile tornerò ancora si è possibile habbiamo girato per tanti posti vicino al mare c'è il tram che va per alicante e altri posti bellissimo
