Hotel staff said it had free parking. When I came they asked me to park at one parking lot as there is no parking in the hotel. That parking lot was full so hotel asked me to park at different parking lot but that parking lot closes overnight. So hotel staff asked to park at 3rd parking lot at my own expense. I had to pay for the parking and hotel won't reimburse me. Room was tiny. Just fitted 2 beds. The bathroom was disgusting with stains all over the floor and I side the shower . Floor was dirty. In morning water stopped working at 8 am and it was turned on at 10am. Noise started in the hotel at 6am. Never ever stay in this hotel.

Staff was very friendly but the room was so loud with the traffic outside! We had a very hard time sleeping with the constant truck and motor traffic. The windows do not keep out any noise. My usual earplugs that help me sleep in noisy areas were no match to this level of noise.

This hotel should not be listed on your site. The room was incredibly unclean, the photos did not match the listing, it did not have the amenities it claimed to have, and immediately upon arriving we were warned by fellow travelers that their room had been broken into and possessions had been taken. We hardly slept out of disgust and fear, and left as soon as we were able.
The unmade bed.
The murder-like smears and stains on the walls.
The absolutely disgusting couch that had crumbs and debris in the cracks, and damage on the arm.
The gross bathroom, with an open shampoo packet someone clearly used as a substitute for the hand soap that wasn't provided.

The fan needs to be replaced or install an air conditioning, because the fans are very noisy which is impossible to sleep with while it's on. They should do something about the wall to have sound proof because it's a diaster noise that disturbs us the whole night, we didn't sleep well at all. All night long it was very noisy from the street. We won't be back! If anyone needs to have a peaceful sleep this is not a place for you.

Very nice staff with home cooked typical breakfast. Had a very comfy mattress which is rare for local Costa Rican motels. The property is older which makes it more charming than the chain hotels. Support local families instead of big CEO’s and make a positive difference in the communities you stay in!

Absolutely friendly atmosphere, nice stay, though the room is noisy, because there is a park outside, if you need to sleep well and sensitive to noise, it won't be your option. However, the room is spacious and clean. And you are 1 minute walk from the center. the stuff is super friendly and breakfast is delicious.
