The staff was not friendly or helpful upon check in. The photos are nothing like the hotel. The jr suite was a room with a very small side room, no extra desk and sectional. The outlets in the rooms didn’t work. I booked this for a work trip so the extra space to work and outlets were important. The only thing that saved this review for me was the bed was decent.
Additionally the windows looked into the center of the building which was trashy and the halls - and eventually my room - smelled like pot.
The hotel was old and run down and nothing like I expected when I booked.

Great location, good-sized rooms, pretty clean, comfortable bed. The bathroom was pretty big, but there are no counters; the sink is very small, and there's no space for my makeup or facial products.
The area has many restaurant choices, within walking distance of shopping centers.

Had the way experience. Staff was friendly, nice and made my check in and our stay just perfect. Hotel was clean, quiet just above and they just go above and beyond.for their guest.
