Newly Remodeled. FURNISHED modern unit in a Downtown Victorian Building. Located in the heart of Valencia Corridor , Mission Dolores. Next to Inner Mission District, Furniture & Appliances are NEW.

Two Bedrooms and Two Baths.
Master bedroom has a queen bed that can sleep a couple. The second bedroom has a twin bed and also a trundle bed that can be separated. You can have two people sleeping in the second bedroom. The living room has a couch that can be flattened as a bed.

This area is safe as there are always people walking on the sidewalk. Police station is about 4 blocks away.

Lots of Sun in Mission Dolores District (Not Foggy). Public Transportation is excellent and you can also rent a bike.

High Walking Score and also High Transit Score.

Modern Kitchen = Buy fresh & healthy grocery, Two and half Blocks away from Safeway / Whole Food plus Convenient Store open till 2am = Save Money on going to Restaurants and Beverage.

Or, there are lots of local restaurants and stores on Valencia Street.
Please walk on Valencia Street between 16th street and 23rd street (we are about 2 blocks away). You will love this place. Also, Dolores Park which is nearby.

Recessed Ceiling Lights with Dimmer (living room). Washer-Dryer in UNIT for your convenient. Gas Stove and Stainless Steel Appliances (Refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave Oven). Also, Stainless Kitchen Sink with Garbage Disposal.

The unit has basic utensils so you can prepare your Breakfast, lunch & dinner now. All Kitchen Utensils are provided. Per your request, we can provide Rice Cooker, Blender, Slow Cooker. Safeway and Whole Food Supermarket is about two blocks away and also there is a convenient store next to our building.

Two bathrooms - No long wait time for using the bathrooms.

Air Conditioning and Heating in each bedroom and living room.

Nice Roof deck with beautiful views of San Francisco Downtown.

Great Transportation (BART and MUNI). Lots of Great Restaurants on Valencia Street. Walk Score 98. Bike Score 96. Transit Score 100.

Good Place To Crash

Not sure if the write up mentioned it was a 3rd story walk-up, but it is; not a big deal except when arriving with bags. The larger forward bedroom can be a little noisy with road traffic and the 4 am street sweeping. The second bedroom is small with a twin bed. The place was clean without any issue besides the ones mentioned above. If I made a trip to SF again, I would not hesitate staying here again. The neighborhood is in transition (for the better) and felt safe while around town. Next door is a quickie mart / liquor store. If you are looking for a burger I recommend The Crafty Fox ~1 block away. Great burgers and solid local beer on tap.

Supreme Experience

This property was absolutely perfect, spotless, and comfortable. It was centrally located and the manager was fair and addressed our needs. We will absolutely consider this property/owner again on our next visit. The rooftop deck was perfect for sunrise/sunset! Mahalo!

Great stay in the Mission District

Great location! Great host! Very nice, well appointed apartment with rooftop patio. Worked well for our two couples. Lots of great restaurants in the area within easy walking distance. Only downside is street noise, but that is part of San Francisco. If you sleep in the front bedroom and are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Overall, great stay in a great location!

Clean Modern Property with Nice Amenities

Nice clean modern property with shopping, grocery stores, and great restaurants a short walk away. Easy walk to the BART station. Beds were comfortable, even the trundle in the smaller the bedroom. The roof top deck was very comfortable and nicely done. The kitchen had all the dishes and cooking utensils we needed for breakfast and lunch. Did not use the waher/dryer but it was nice to have it avaikable. Would highly recommend this property.

Very clean, centrally located

I liked the property alot. The furnishings were nice, the property was clean. Our 2 year old had his own pullout bed which worked out great. Two bathrooms was very convenient. And the kitchen was actually usable. John also helped us out by letting us do a late checkout.

Great place with one drawback

The apartment is very nice. The space is laid out well, it was great to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and laundry! We enjoyed the rooftop deck as well. Very lovely! The only downside was the street noise. I should have heeded previous reviews. It was loud enough to wake us from sleep. (There were people yelling in the street at all hours, plus really loud trucks and garbage trucks - I think every morning.) We wound up getting earplugs, but they only helped a little. I used to live in Chicago so I thought I could handle street noise, but this place is on a very busy street, like nothing i've lived with before. We had trouble figuring out the air conditioning units and I'm still not sure I ever get the one in the bedroom working properly. John was terrific, very responsive. Thank you very much, John!

Pros Clean, spacious, nicely appointed apartment Good building security, and although lots of homeless in the area, we still generally felt safe in this neighborhood Recently remodeled with nice appliances Love the shared deck on top of the building Public transportation close by Decent selection of restaurants and a large grocery store nearby Cons A bit distant from the attractions, must use some method of public transportation or ride share Not a good neighborhood, lots of homeless and mentally ill Much street noise throughout the evening, early morning rummaging through garbage by homeless was disruptive We texted the owner/manager about an issue and it took him 51 hours to reply

Beautiful apartment with contemporary, clean feel. Well outfitted.

The only minus was traffic noise. Busy street below apartment. A noise machine or tabletop fan might help mask the noise. Great accommodations - our needs were well met for linens, toiletries, washer/dryer, etc.

Great modern apartment in heart of the city

Had a blast exploring all of San Fran from this central location. A really comfortable, modern, fully equipped apartment with all our needs catered for in between visits to all the main attractions. Feel part of the city staying here rather than a hotel. Would recommend a trip to the very popular and trendy Burma Spice opposite (beat the queues by watching from your window!) and STUFF has some amazing retro antiques opposite well worth a look while you stay on top of all the normal things San Fran has to offer. Nice, clean spot in the city

The property was in a convenient part of town, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and a parking lot right around the corner. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated, and John left crystal clear instructions on how to get into the building and where to go for parking. We felt very comfortable and safe, as we were traveling with our young daughter. Thank you for the wonderful stay! Would definitely stay here again!

The place was clean, close to a mini mart, had a beautiful rooftop patio, great working AC, the beds were super comfortable, and it was in a central location to restaurants, clubs, sight seeing, and very close to the Castro District.

City living at its finest!

We had a fantastic long weekend in this unit in the Mission district of San Francisco. The apartment is updated, clean and very comfortable - with all the amenities you need for a weekend away. The location is fantastic - a short walk to BART or Muni; a few blocks to Whole Foods or Safeway for groceries, lots of restaurants nearby and a coffee shop that opens at 7am just down the street (crucial for a family with a toddler who need coffee early in the morning!). The building is very secure and was very safe. The trundle bed in the second bedroom worked perfectly for our toddler and this second/back bedroom is very quiet. I concur with other reviewers who noted there is city noise overnight in the apartment, which can become loud in the front "master" bedroom with trash/recycling pick-up around 3AM. While this is a small nuisance, the spacious, clean and wonderfully furnished apartment in a great location with all the area amenities cannot be beat! Thank you for a great long weekend!

To quote the Grinch: Noise, noise, noise!!

Unit is very nice, updated with modern decor and very secure. Master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. Overall it is a really nice, clean unit. Had a few issues with the key-less combination not working from time to time. Gives you an uh oh moment! We did like the fact that there were three secure doors we had to pass thru to get in to the unit. Felt very safe. The only thing that really spoiled it for us was the noise. Having read a few reviews before booking, we anticipated city noise, but not to extent that we experienced (constant traffic, emergency vehicles, trash trucks, racing motorcycles, etc.) This makes the unit itself very noisy, and the front bedroom extremely noisy at night. We brought our white noise machine with us, just in case. That was a huge help, but even that did not mask the nightly trash trucks that stopped right below the master bedroom window at 3:15 AM! The average Uber ride from this location to GGB or Pier 39 was approximately $15 each way. The ride to SFO was $29 for 3 people. Safeway was within walking distance off Market St. Everything you could want for food and liquor. Had this unit been on a quieter street, we would have given it 5 stars. Sleep was difficult after a long day of hiking around San Francisco. The owner was very responsive and easy to contact. Another review I read said if you can sleep thru city noises, this unit is for you. We would agree. P.S. The roof deck is shared by the whole building, but a wonderful place to cap off the day with a glass of wine.

Great apartment! Great location!

The apartment was lovely and very comfortable and clean! The owner, John, was very easy to get into contact with! Loved the location BUT the reason for the 4 stars vs 5 is due to the nosy, nosy street and difficulty sleeping in the front bedroom with queen due to that. The back bedroom with the twin/trundle was very quiet. So, my recommendation is to bring ear plugs! Also, if you have a car that you need to park, be aware that parking will cost you $30/night!

Great location!

Cute, clean place located in the heart of the city. Lots to do and see nearby, or take BART (nearby) or less than $10 Uber/Lyft about anywhere. It can be loud with cars, but you're in the city! Would come again!

Wonderful stay in a fab location!

We really enjoyed staying at John's place. John was very responsive, and available whenever I contacted him. From the pictures, we were expecting a third bed/bedroom (John must have gotten a new bed frame for the twin bed, because it is pictured both with and without it, and with different bedding), but there are only two. One bedroom has a queen size bed, and the other bedroom has a twin, with a twin trundle bed below it. Thankfully, there is also room for a fifth person on the couch/futon. The roof deck was so wonderful, and we spent a lot of time up there. It felt like our own private space! The home is tastefully appointed, and was very clean. Easy to get in and out with the Schlage locking system. Minimal kitchen items, but enough for what we needed. Note - if you do plan to park around the corner in the suggested lot, it is actually $30 overnight. John was wonderful, and reimbursed us the difference, as we were expecting $15. Downtown is a 20 minute Uber, but the Mission District has its own gems! Located on a busy and LOUD street (bring earplugs!), but we wanted to be in the center of it all. Overall, a great stay. Loved the area, and would definitely stay with John again!

Great property, excellent location

Property was very clean and well stocked. Excellent location in the heart of the Mission. Many excellent restaurants within walking distance. Roof top deck was a great added bonus. Jon was great to work with. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone visiting SF.

Great Place

Very accommodating rental. Clean, secure place with comfy beds. Nice rooftop deck. Close walk to nice restaurants and Dolores park. Very active nightlife so it was a little loud at night, but overall enjoyable stay.
