Hotel was overall nice, but not as clean as I would like it. Our bathroom was not very clean when we checked in, hair in the tub and on the floor. If we were staying more than one day I would have complained. The location was okay, not super close to anything to walk to. Cable cars were right in front which was cool. I would pick a different hotel if we came back to San Francisco

The staff are really exceptional. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and honestly have their guest's interests in mind. Our room was comfortable, we had a great view, and we were able to take advantage of the VIP benefit. Thank you very much! Property is very nice in a great location. I booked two rooms for myself and another couple. Booked two king bed rooms and only received one king and one queen. They said they could possibly move us into a king in a day or so, did not happen. Not sure if this is an Expedia problem or the hotel. Booking clearly stated each room was to have a king. Very nice hotel other than this problem.

All the staff were so nice and helpful they never gave me a bad attitude or something like that always trying to make me feel comfortable and also the building is beautiful and fancy ,I really love the place and the valet parking man Angel was extremely kind

The property is older and it definitely shows in things like the elevators and room amenities but it is clean and is in a great location! The cable car is close and the neighborhood very walkable, well for SF. The Uber drop off and pick up was super convenient and safe. Lastly, would recommend the extra $$$ to get a city view, this way you don’t end up eye level with the street. On site Manager was great in accommodating our requests!
