部屋は禁煙と書いてあったのに、部屋はタバコの臭いで苦しく、シーツやタオルを交換してもらったらクリーニング済みのシーツやタオルまでタバコの臭いで最悪… 耐えきれず、途中で他のホテルに移動しました。 The room said no smoking, but the room suffered from the smell of cigarettes, and when I asked them to change the sheets and towels, even the cleaned sheets and towels smelled of cigarettes, which was the worst... I could not stand it and moved to another hotel in the middle of the day.

WORST hotel experience of my life, absolutely disgusting!! If I could give zero stars I would. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I expected the bare minimum from a hotel, and even that was asking too much here. The room was dirty from the moment we walked in. The shower was clogged and nasty like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Housekeeping never came. Not once. No trash pickup, no fresh towels, no bed refresh, NOTHING!! I asked for towels over and over again. Called, went to the front desk, even offered to grab them myself, and somehow still left without them. And don’t even get me started on the place not being family friendly at all, what kind of hotel doesn’t have basic baby items like a crib? Traveling with a baby was already hard enough, and this place made it worse at every turn. The customer service was nonexistent. No one cared, no one helped, and honestly, no one even looked like they wanted to be there. The vibe was completely off, more like a forgotten building than a functioning hotel. I’ve stayed at far nicer places for less money. This place should be embarrassed to call itself a hotel. Save yourself the headache and avoid it at all costs.

Run do NOT stay in this hotel. It is awful honestly for the money yoy pay here save it and stay at a motel 6. Lesson learned will NOT EVER stay here! The room smelled awful. They state no smoking but yet 3 rooms down a lady smoking outside the hotel. Rusty towel hanger, broken picture frames, bathroom nasty dirty, all the furniture is old half rear ended painted to make it look better. A room that was suppose to be expecting 4 people had towls for only 2 people. This was plain disgusting. Beware DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Also they send a link for you to checkbin and do everything upon coming to "save time" don't waste your time. We did it and it was pointless we were supposed to just go in and get keys for room and the person in front desk had us do all of it over again!😡 I asked what the poknt of doing it before as they had sent the link she couldn't answer my question. Trust and believe if I could give them no star I would!!!

It’s convenient to get to major highways. Property is safe and all plumbing and power functioning. Not as clean as I would want. Need attention to walls, floors and cabinets. Furniture not as clean or in best repair. Good clean linens and clean amenities.

The room was not what we expected. The bathroom was small and the kitchen area had no utensils or plates or cookware. The hot tub was colder then the pool when we let them know they just stated they couldnt get anyone there till monday and tuesday it still wasnt fixed. The staff was friendly.

It was an okay place to stay. Nothing spectacular. It had a full kitchen, which was convenient. The furniture was a bit rundown, but still functional. The cleanliness was okay, seemed like it was cleaned quickly without much thoroughness. The AC was loud and ineffective, and there was a lot of noise through the night from the nearby highway.

When I checked in, the clerk never got off the telephone, asked if I needed a refrigerator but never offered an alternative. Refrigerator was missing from the room. Charged an additional 5.00 per night to park on parking lot. The room had dust bunnies above the curtains and a left-over sock from another visitor under the bed. Linens and towels were clean but stayed 6 days and had to track down the maid for fresh towels and toilet paper. Zero room service offered during the stay. There was a kitchenette however no dishes cups or pans for use. TV didn't work properly had to ask twice to have someone come in and fix it. Wi-Fi was intermittent and often un-available.

My husband and I stayed here for nearly a month and a half while our home was being remodeled. We were respectful, tipped housekeeping generously, and kept our room spotless. Two days before being forced to leave, we were told they were “out of towels”—despite the nearly empty parking lot, which didn’t make sense. Staff was extremely inconsistent. One employee told me they stopped accepting cash, but when my husband paid, they took it with no problem. Out of nowhere, they gave us just 1 hour to check out. First they said the hotel was sold out (yet I could still book a room online), then claimed there was a 21-day stay limit—even though they had already allowed us to stay almost 45 days with no issue. At 10 am that morning, we were told if we weren’t out by 11 we’d be placed on a “do not rent” list—even though as Diamond members, we should’ve had late checkout until 1 p.m., and the hotel was clearly not full. We checked out at 1 p.m., since we had such short notice to pack up, and they still banned us. When I returned days later, I was told I was on the do-not-rent list with no explanation, even after being told we could come back. The whole experience felt disrespectful and unfair. I do NOT recommend staying here—especially if you expect honest or consistent treatment I should also mention we found blood splatter on the walls and ceilings and there were cockroaches in almost every room and when we asked to change rooms, they said no but they could give us bug spray.

Full kitchen in room has no cups, silverware, pots or pans. No way to actually eat in the room. No coffee pot in room either. Had to go to hard to find breakfast room to get a cup of coffee, very inconvenient. If you are on east coast time, sometime you are awake early and would like to have a cup of coffee before 6:30. The final straw was when i took a showerr the shower pan filled up due to a clogged drain. I canceled my other 3 nights

Fue horrible no es lo que está en las fotos es mentira está muy sucio y está en muy malas condiciones. Cosas que bradas gastadas el desayuno pésimo no hay casi nada solo wuafos y huevos cosidos las camas sucias con pelos y las cobijas sucias en ves de blancas grises y ese cuarto lo pedí para no fumadores y apestaba horrible a sigarro la alberca y Jakusi sucios los colchones súper gastados nada cómodo se sumen orrible y con bolas

I booked for a king size room. The lady at the front desk said that they overbooked so I had to get a queen. Also the room wasn’t cleaned. The bathroom was not clean and I got bitten by bedbugs.

Bed sheets had cigarette burns, bad smell all over, TV wasn’t working, outdated and dirty. Scary feeling. Filthy place. I rate 0

Sign said no dogs allowed had to move rooms due to constant over night barking late night activity with no one to enforce curfew torn curtains in room overall cleanliness of grounds trashy. Will not use a days inn in the future

This facility is not as advertised. The room smelled stale. I had to ask the staff to bring an airfreshner which did not help much. One of the towels in the room was stained by the time we got there and needed to be changed. I left a message with the hotel front desk and the towel was still unchanged when we got back in the night because the morning front desk person did not pass on any notes to the cleaning staff or the person at the evening front desk. The vent in the bathroom was not working, had to also request a technician be brought in the next day. This hotel charges a daily rate for parking and should communicate this on their site for fair price comparison when guests are looking to book hotels. The shower cover handle in the bathroom was completely rusted and one of the storage drawers in the room had stains. The air conditioner is located too close to one of the beds in the two-queen beds room which is inherently likely to cause one to catch a cold because the air blows directly unto the bed. Consider at least changing the airconditioner vent control to one that is not fixed to enable guests point the air from the vent away from the bed. This facility requires major repairs and upgrades. Overall, this was a disappointing stay and poor value for the money spent.
