With a comfortable king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, and two full bathrooms, there`s plenty of space for up to four guests. For any additional guests, a high-quality queen 8-inch air mattress is available for use in the living room.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including two large 50-inch plus Smart TVs and a fully stocked kitchen. The outdoor patio is a perfect place to relax and unwind, with a BBQ grill and seating area available for your enjoyment. The Apartment is upstairs by the Grand Ave street side. Lock box is next to the front door, on the water heater door.
-We will try to respond within 1 hour to any guests inquiry within normal hours of the day, for questions or concerns after hours (11pm to 6am) we will respond the next day.
Trash bins are in the Back alley, next to the parking spots, they come every monday to pick up and recycle every two weeks. If you want to help with the trash, please place the bins over the line into the alley on Sunday evening as they come very early monday night.
Check out is very easy. Please leave everything AS is, the maid will come and take care of everything. No need to take trash out or put anything in the washer/dryer. Please lock all doors/windows and the apartment , and return keys to the lock box.
