Additionally, the home is only 2 miles away from both the Sharp/Rady’s children hospital and USD University.
While a car is recommended for exploring the area, guests can also take advantage of public transportation options. There is a bus stop within 1 mile from the house, and the Metropolitan Transit System red trolley is a fun and convenient way to get around the city.

The home is fully renovated but we are working on redoing the back yard and it will be ready by the end of January. There are RING cameras on the property outside the home for security purposes only. There is plenty of street parking and private parking available.
Other Things to Note:
The recently renovated home now features a newly finished backyard with a BBQ grill and outdoor table and chairs for guests to enjoy. For security, RING cameras are installed outside the property. Private parking and street parking are both available. AC unit recently installed for the summer only in the bedroom. Cold nights await you.
