Für extrem heiße Tage kühlt die Klimaanlage im Haus. Der Sandstrand in Senigallia ist in 15 - 20Minuten erreichbar. Die schönen Klippenstrände von Sirolo od Numana sind eine knappe Stunde weg. 「Einmal vor Ort ist die Ferienwohnung wirklich idyllisch gelegen, ein schönes Bauernhäusl mit Blick auf Serrungarina und in die Ferne, absolute Ruhe. Doch die ca 1 km lange Zufahrt ist abenteuerlich und eher für SUV o.ä. geeignet, zumindest aus deutscher Sicht. Der Garten ist liebevoll angelegt, ringsum ist nicht viel, wir haben aber dort auch nicht die Menge an Mücken erwartet. Die Inneneinrichtung ist aus unserer Sicht zweigeteilt. The property had ample space for us and for the children in our group to play and explore. The rooms were tidy and well equipped. Would recommend.」

「We had a great holiday in the villa and specifically enjoyed the garden, pool and location on top of a hill. Small grocery in 5 min drive. Although 40 min drive to Ancona / the coast, the location for us was nothing less than fabulous. Visited several wineries in the neighbourhood as well as a olive oil maker. Contact with owner is very prompt and smooth; check-in and check-out effortless.」
